IoT-Based Smart Gas Data Collector and Monitoring Platform

Developed an edge-to-cloud IoT architecture using Raspberry Pi 4 for real-time analysis of hydrogen (H2) purity and mass flow in enzymatic bioreactors. Integrated 6 multi-parameter industrial gas sensors (CO, CO2, O2, CH4, H2S, H2) via RS485/Modbus RTU & I2C, server-side Python Ideal Gas Law algorithms, local SSD ring-buffering, and Firebase Realtime Database for 24/7 remote monitoring.

Punguters – Autonomous Trash Picking & Sorting Robot

An autonomous mobile trash-picking and sorting robot designed to automatically collect and segregate waste in public spaces. Integrates Jetson Nano edge-AI with YOLOv8n computer vision for real-time classification across 6 waste categories (cardboard, glass, metal, paper, plastic, biodegradable), Mecanum omnidirectional wheels driven by Arduino Mega with PID control & optical encoders for precise 90° turns, custom 3D-printed parallel gripper & robotic arms powered by MG996R servos, ToF VL6180X proximity sensors, MPU6050 gyroscope balance system, and XL4016E1 200W step-down power distribution.

Autonomous Fire-Fighting Robot

Software-based diagnostic system detecting car engine faults (Toyota Avanza 1.3L 4-cylinder) from real-time sound data. Utilized MFCC & FFT audio signal processing in MATLAB/Simulink and trained an SVM Machine Learning model, achieving 99.94% training accuracy and 94.74%–100% testing accuracy in classifying normal, knocking (detonation), and whistling belt faults.

Engineered a robust edge-to-cloud IoT architecture using Raspberry Pi 4 to aggregate concurrent data from multiple industrial-grade sensors via RS485/Modbus RTU and I2C protocols. Developed server-side Python algorithms incorporating the Ideal Gas Law for real-time temperature and pressure compensation.
